Giblet Gravy
Ingredients:

12 ounces chicken livers
2 (12 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (12 ounce) cans broth (saved from boiling the chicken.)
4 eggs, boiled and chopped

Instruction:

boil livers til done and discard liquid. Chop livers. mix soup and broth. bring to boil. add chopped livers. add chopped eggs. add a few instant potato flakes to get it as thick as you fwant it.
