Depths of Sin Hot Chocolate

1 cup milk
12 cup heavy cream
1 soft banana
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch salt
3 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
12 cup marshmallow cream


in a blender, combine milk, cream, banana, cinnamon and salt. Puree until very smooth and thick, Pour milk mixture into a small saucepan and set over medium heat. Warm mixture, whisking constantly, until it just barely comes to a simmer. Add both chocolates and marshmallow spread. Whisk until completely melted and smooth. Ladle hot chcolate into espresso cups. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream.
