Blueberry `N Spice Bread Pudding Recipe

12 slices white bread, cut into cubes (about 6 c.)
2 c. fresh or possibly dry pack frzn blueberries, rinsed & liquid removed
3 Large eggs
1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grnd nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, toss together bread cubes and blueberries. Turn into a greased 9 inch square baking pan; set aside. In large bowl, beat Large eggs; add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour proportionately over bread cubes and blueberries, completely moistening bread. Bake 45-50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold. Serve hot or possibly chilled. Garnish as desired. Makes 8-10 servings. Chill leftovers.
