Crusty Mac and cheese

1 box eating right for healthy living twisted elbow veggie pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 oz Velveeta cheese
1/3 cup milk
3 clove fresh garlic
1/2 bunch green onion
3/4 cup crushed country ranch croutons


Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit Bring water to boil in a pot and add pasta In small pot add milk, Velveeta cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and spices. Cook on low heat until melted. While pasta and cheese is cooking finely mince 3 cloves of garlic and half a bundle of green onions. (I usually use 1 large leek but the store was out. Leeks add a sweeter flavor compared to the bitterness of green onions) Add green onions and fresh garlic to the cheese. Once pasta is soft and cheese is melted add them to a casserole dish and mix. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese as a layer on top of mac and cheese. Sprinkle some smoked paprika on top of that. Spread the crushed croutons on top of everything as a crust. And bake for 30 minutes at 350 Enjoy
