Asian-Style Turkey Burgers

1 lb turkey, ground
13 cup onion, chopped fine
3 tablespoons Italian parsley, fresh, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons green peppers, diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce, Low Sodium
1 tablespoon water, cold
2 teaspoons ginger, fresh, peeled and grated (or 1 tsp powdered)
12 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons oil, for frying
4 sandwich buns, Multi-Grain Thins, 100 calorie each, by Arnold Bread


In a large bowl, mix well the first 11 ingredients. Divide the turkey mixture to 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4 inch-thick patty. Coat a large skillet with oil, warm over medium high heat, until hot. Add patties, and cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until done. Serve on buns, with your favorite condiments and trimmings.
