1 regular container grape tomatoes
2 green onions
8 ounces pearl mozzarella cheese
12 cup greek low-fat yogurt
14 teaspoon garlic powder
salt, to taste
Seed and chop cucumber. Cut tomatoes in half. Slice green onions including white portion thinly. Using medium bowl, add all veggies and pearl mozzarella cheese. Add Greek yogurt and seasonings and mix until coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
