Super Food Slaw
Ingredients:

1/4 cups Greek Yogurt
1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
5 ounces, weight Mixed Baby Kale Leaves, (I Always Use Earthbound Farm Baby Kale Mix)
5 ounces, weight Chicory, Stems Discarded And Leaves Torn Into Bite-size Pieces
5 ounces, weight Broccoli Slaw (cabbage And Broccoli)
5 whole Brussels Sprouts, Sliced
1/4 cups Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup Dried Cranberries

Instruction:

Place dressing ingredients in a mini food processor. Blend until well combined. Place all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl, toss to combine. Drizzle with the poppy seed dressing. Toss to coat.
