2 cups Roasted Pumpkin Puree (See My Recipe Box)
1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 whole Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoons Real Vanilla Extract
1 whole Pie Crust (See My Recipe Box)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, pie spice, salt and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a prepared 9-inch pie crust. Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Serve with real whipped cream! Enjoy!
