Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Casserole

1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
24 round buttery crackers, crushed


Heat oven to 375F. Mix CHEEZ WHIZ and soup until blended. Combine vegetables in medium bowl. Add CHEEZ WHIZ mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 35 min. or until heated through, topping with cracker crumbs for the last 5 min.
