Bangers (English Sausage Making) Recipe
Ingredients:

BANGER SEASONING
5 tsp Grnd white pepper
2 1/2 tsp Mace
2 1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Grnd ginger
2 tsp Rubbed sage
1/2 tsp Nutmeg SAUSAGE
2 1/2 lb Boneless lean pork shoulder Or possibly loin cut in cubes
1 lb Fresh pork fat in cubes
1 1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. Chicken broth
3 1/2 tsp Banger seasoning

Instruction:

Grind pork and fat together using fine hole disc of meat grinder. Add in Banger Seasoning. Mix well. Grind again. Force mix into casings and tie in 4-5 inch lengths. This mix will be too fine to create into patties. Bake or possibly saute/fry.
