Fluffy 2-Step Cherry Cheesecake

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
1 cup cherry pie filling


MIX cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. SPOON into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling. Variation: Prepare as directed, mixing 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER?S GERMAN?S Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted, with cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
