Banana Mango Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:

12 cup nonfat yogurt
12 banana (can be frozen)
12 cup blueberries
12 cup frozen mango chunks
12 cup skim milk

Instruction:

Combine all ingredients in a blender (or cup if using a hand blender) and mix until smooth. Add more liquid if consistency is too think for you.
