Oat and Pecan Waffles

1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
14 cup wheat flour
14 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon sugar
12 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups milk
2 eggs, separate
12 cup pecans, chopped


Measure out the 2 cups of milk and add 1 cup of oats (instant or old-fashioned) to the milk. Beat egg whites till stiff. Mix dry ingredients together and add the egg yolks, milk, and oats. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Batter will be on the thin side.
