1/4 cups Ramen Noodles, Broken Into Small Pieces
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Salt And Pepper
1 cup Mixed Salad Greens
2 whole Strawberries, Sliced
2 Tablespoons Goat Cheese Crumbled
1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add noodles and toast, shaking the pan occasionally. Remove from heat when golden brown. Set aside. 2. In a bowl, whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper together. Add in the mixed salad greens, strawberries, and toasted ramen. Toss to coat. Place in a serving dish and top with goat cheese.
