Basil-Parmesan Angel Hair

1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (12 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
23 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
12 cup green onion, thinly sliced
12 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
12 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon garlic powder
14 teaspoon pepper
12 slices lemons
additional fresh basil


Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and return to the pan. Add oil; toss to coat. Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, onions, basil, lemon peel, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Sprinkle with additional basil. Serve with lemon slices.
