Ravioli Lasagna

25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
14 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon pepper
12 cup low-fat ricotta cheese (or use fat free)
2 tablespoons reduced fat grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook and drain ravioli as directed on package. Cook remaining ingredients except cheeses in large skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until tomatoes are soft. Place ravioli in ungreased 8"x8" baking dish. Spread ricotta cheese over ravioli. Pour tomato sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until hot.
