Low carb raspberry gelatin desert
Ingredients:

1 packages sugar free raspberry jello
1 can Mandarin oranges in lite syrup, drained we
1 cup uncooked pecans, chopped
1/2 packages sugar free cool whip

Instruction:

Open can of oranges and put in a strainer and set asside Make jello according to package. (I use the small one because I'm only one person who eats on it.) In a sealable bowl, add jello mix and oranges and cool in fridge for 2 hours. Pull bowl out and break up jello mixture with a whisk. You will break up the oranges. Add pecans and cool whip and mix until everything is covered. And chill for one hour. Then serve it up.
