Chili-Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:

2 34 cups water
1 cup milk
1 12 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter or 12 cup margarine
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups instant potato flakes
2 (4 ounce) canschopped green chilies
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese or 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instruction:

In large saucepan, bring the water, milk and salt to a boil. Add the butter, garlic, potato flakes and chilies. Stir until thickened. Sprinkle with cheese.
