A Berry, Berry Good Cobbler Recipe

3/4 c. Sugar
11/2 c. Flour
3 ounce Butter, melted
1 pch Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
1 x Egg, beaten
1 c. Lowfat milk


Mix together above ingredients. Pour six c. fruit, fresh or possibly frzn, in a 9x9-inch baking pan. Sweeten the fruit to taste with sugar. Pour mix over fruit. Sprinkle lightly with a mix of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 min, or possibly till the topping is cooked through. I have used frzn blueberries, blackberries, and mixed fruits. Thinly sliced apples would be good. Tonight's flavor will be peaches from our tree. My favorite Apricots, of course. Enjoy.
