Turkey Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb lean ground turkey
12 cup Minute Rice
12 cup water
12 onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce (large can)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce (small can)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water


Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, garlic powder, pepper and salts. Form into golf ball size meatballs and place in a 2 quart casserole dish. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes sauce, worchesterchire and 1 cup water. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
