Carrot and Yogurt Salad
Ingredients:

4 carrots, shredded
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
1 c. low-fat Greek-style yogurt
1/4 c. golden raisins
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instruction:

Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
