Peas and Mushrooms

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped onions
12 lb mushroom, sliced
2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen peas, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
14 teaspoon salt
18 teaspoon pepper


In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often for 3 min, or until soft. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 5 min or until tender. Stir in peas, lemon, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until heated through.
