Asian Green Bean Salad Recipe

1 lb Long green beans trimmed, cooked, and cooled
1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
1 tsp Minced garlic
1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
2 c. Cherry tomatoes halved
2 Tbsp. Crushed toasted peanuts Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste


In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
