Tuna Salad Chow Mein
Ingredients:

3 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 12 cups mayonnaise
1 12 cups chopped cashews
34 cup chopped green onion
2 (2 ounce) jars diced pimentos, drained
3 tablespoons chopped green peppers
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
34 teaspoon salt
3 cups chow mein noodles

Instruction:

In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well. Serve over chow mein noodles.
