Grilled Chicken With Chili Corn Sauce

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken stock
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 12 tablespoons chili powder
12 teaspoon black pepper
12 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon sugar


Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 tbsp of Chili powder, salt and pepper. Grill the chicken until both sides are browned (cooked thoroughly). In a skillet, heat chicken stock, remaining chili powder, sugar, lime juice, green pepper, red pepper and green onions and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Top the chicken with this sauce and serve immediately.
