Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

2 large eggs
12 cup granulated sugar
14 cup light corn syrup
2 mashed lightly bananas (you can do this as a puree or chunks.)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 cup whipping cream
14 cup peanut butter


Beat eggs well. Add sugar and corn syrup. Mix til smooth and light. blend in bananas and lemon juice, mix well. Beat in the creams and peanut butter. Pour in the chilled cannister and follow manufacturer's instructions. Makes about 2 litres.
