Toasted Greek Salad Club
Ingredients:

6 flat pita bread rounds, Halved horizontally and toasted
1 (7 ounce) container hummus
4 romaine lettuce leaves
1 large tomatoes, sliced
1 yellow sweet pepper, seeded and sliced
12 of a English cucumber, sliced
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
14 cup oregano leaves
14 cup Greek salad dressing

Instruction:

Spread 8 pita halves with hummus. Layer four of the spread slices with romaine, tomato,and sweet pepper slices. Top with four spread pita halves, hummus side up. Layer Cucumber, feta cheese and fresh oregano. Drizzle with Greek dressing. Top with remaining pita halves. Serve with home made chips!
