4 chicken breasts, cooked and slivered
1 head lettuce, torn into bite sizes
1/8 c. poppy seeds
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 ounce. can chow mein noodles
4 ounce. (or possibly less) slivered almonds
Mix first 3 ingredients. Add in additional ingredients just before tossing and ready to serve. Mix dressing ingredients and chill before using. Shake well!
