Marination for Kabobs

12 cup salad oil
14 cup vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs meat


Mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag. Cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag. Knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - I usually let it sit overnight.
