Cheesy Egg Casserole

14 cup all-purpose flour
14 teaspoon salt
14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies, drained
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese (2 cups)
1 (4 ounce) jarwhole pimientos (optional)
green pepper (optional)


Combine flour, salt, and butter in a large bowl. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10x6x2" baking dish. Garnish with pimiento and green pepper, if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30 minutes.
