Easy Lemon Sugar Cookies

120 grams Cake flour
40 grams * Butter
30 grams * Sugar
1 tbsp * Lemon juice
2 tbsp * Milk
1 Powdered sugar (granulated sugar)


Mix all the * ingredients in the order listed. Add the cake flour and fold in with a spatula using a cutting motion. Shape the dough into a stick and wrap in plastic. Let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cut the cookie dough into 5 mm thick pieces. Align on a baking tray and sprinkle some powdered sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes at 180C. Let the cookies cool and enjoy (please adjust baking temperature and time to your oven).
