150 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
75 grams Desiccated Coconut
Cut marshmallows with scissors, each one into 3 or 4 pieces and put in a mixing bowl. Crumble all 15 digestives, i prefer to do this by hand but an easier way is to place them in a bag and break them up with a rolling pin. Then add to mixing bowl Pour on top the 150ml condensed milk and mix into the marshmallows and digestives. You should now have a yummy moist dough ready to shape. Spoon mix out of bowl and onto a piece of tin foil, use the tin foil to shape it instead of your hands. This is best shaped into a long roll. Pour coconut onto a clean flat tray and transfer the long roll of dough onto the coconut rolling it around allowing coconut to stick. Coconut can also be sprinkled on Place in fridge to set for about 2 to 3 hours, then it's ready to cut and serve!
