Pepperoncini Pork Roast
Ingredients:

2 12 lbs boneless pork roast
1 cup minced pepperoncini pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
12 teaspoon sea salt
14 teaspoon dried oregano
14 teaspoon dried basil
18 teaspoon dried rosemary
18 teaspoon dried mustard
3 cups chopped broccoli or 3 cups spinach or 3 cups asparagus, steamed

Instruction:

Put all ingredients except green vegetable in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve with steamed vegetable.
