"Hjort" Swedish Deer Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb ground deer meat
14 cup minced onion
1 egg
12 cup oats
1 tablespoon soy sauce
18 teaspoon salt
18 teaspoon pepper

Instruction:

mix meat, onion and egg. add soy sauce. add oats. add salt and pepper. form into balls. I used a large cookie scoop. Bake on foil for 30 min at 350 degrees.
