3 tablespoons flour
1 (19 ounce) can beef broth
34 cup water
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour. Cook for one or two minutes. Add broth and water gradually. Cook and stir until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add mushroom soup, stirring constantly, until fully blended. Lower heat and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
