Vegetarian Natto Yamamaimo Bake

2 packs Natto
100 ml Yamaimo (grated)
2 tbsp Flour
100 ml Water
1 tbsp Soy sauce (natto sauce is also OK)
1 Olive oil


Place the natto in a bowl and mix. Then add the grated yamaimo and soy sauce and mix again. Add flour and water to the bowl and mix together. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Use a ladle to scoop out the Step 2 mixture into pancakes and fry in the pan. Once both sides have fully cooked, they're complete.
