1 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons caesar salad dressing, and more for drizzling
12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon lemon zest
14 cup breadcrumbs
Soak skewers for 1 hour. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 1/2 balls. Skewer and grill. Serve on Romaine leaves and drizzle with more dressing.
