Turnip & Turnip Greens Creamy Simmer

4 Turnips
1 bunch Turnip greens
3 to 4 strips Bacon
1/2 medium Onion
1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
200 ml Milk
200 ml Water
1 Instant bouillon granules
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Remove the turnip skins and cut in half length-wise. Microwave or boil until they can be cleanly skewered, then set aside. Also microwave or boil the turnip leaves, then finely mince. Cut the onion and bacon into thin slices. Separate the mushrooms and set aside. Add oil to a frying pan and cook the bacon and onions. Once the onions have wilted, add mushrooms and cook on medium heat. Once everything has cooked through, reduce the heat to low and add flour. Mix flour and ingredients, then add water, milk, and bouillon, and bring to a boil over medium heat while mixing. Then add turnips and boil for 4-5 minutes while mixing. Add turnip leaves, flavor with salt and pepper, and boil for 2-3 minutes and it's complete. If your turnips are large, then the leaves will also be large too. Please adjust the amounts accordingly. Use the good parts of the leaves. The stems are also usable.
