Jicama Salsa
Ingredients:

1 12 cups diced peeled jicama
1 teaspoon orange zest
13 cup orange juice
14 cup orange section
1 teaspoon minced chives
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon finely chopped of fresh mint
12 teaspoon agave syrup
18 teaspoon salt
18 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
