Sauteed Scallops Recipe
Ingredients:

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lbs. sea scallops
1/4 c. dry white wine

Instruction:

Heat butter. After washing and drying scallops, add in them to the butter. Saute/fry for 2 to 3 min, till opaque. Don't overcook as they will become rubbery. Add in wine and heat gently.
