Super easy fail proof budget cake
Ingredients:
500 grams vanilla or chocolate muffin mix
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil or melted butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Instruction:
Mix wet ingredients together. Add to muffin mix. Pour into a 22cm greased pan and bake at 180C for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
