1 (8 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges
1 (15 ounce) package beef roast
4 ounces mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package frozen peas and carrots
1 (12 ounce) jar gravy
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pour 2 T of olive oil on the bottom of the skillet. Cook the Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges on medium-high heat for 15 minutes tossing occasionally until crispy. Layer the remaining ingredients in order. Continue cooking with skillet lid on for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
