2 flour tortillas
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese (add more if desired)
12 cup mild salsa
Fritos chili cheese corn chips
Preheat oven to broil. In a glass loaf pan lay half a tortilla shell in the bottom. Add beans on top of that. Then salsa. Next the a little cheese. Last some of the Fritos. Repeat this twice. After the second time lay another half on top of the last layer. Then add beans and lots of cheese! On the top shelf cook for 3-5 minutes (until all cheese is melted). Take out and serve with sour cream.
