(Light Nagaimo au Gratin) Easy and Healthy Recipe No. 2

150 grams Grated nagaimo
1 Egg
1/4 Onion
60 grams King oyster mushrooms (or your choice of mushrooms)
2 Wiener sausages
1 tbsp Usukuchi soy sauce
1 Salt and pepper
1 Easy melting cheese
1 tsp Olive oil


Thinly slice the onion lengthwise along the grain. Chop up the Wiener sausages into 1-cm thick pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the shredded mushrooms and the mixed ingredients from Step 1 and quickly saute. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the nagaimo. Add the beaten eggs and mix well until very thick and sticky. Add light soy sauce into the nagaimo and mix some more. Transfer the mixed ingredients from Step 2 into a heatproof dish. Pour the nagaimo on top, and sprinkle on a liberal amount of cheese. Bake in an oven or toaster oven until the surface is browned.
