Whole Wheat Waffles

1 12 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
14 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
14 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon cinnamon
14 teaspoon nutmeg
14 teaspoon ground cloves
14 teaspoon ginger
14 teaspoon vanilla
34 cup flax seed
3 tablespoons honey
1 12 cups blueberries (or any fruit desired)


1.In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, ginger and Flax Seeds; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature. 2.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, oil vanilla and honey. 3.Mix fruit in dry mixture. 4.Pour the milk mixture into the flour/fruit mixture; mix lightly till nicely blended. 5.Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.
