Oatmeal Berry Muffins

1 12 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
14 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
14 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 cup applesauce
14 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
12 cup nonfat milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries


Preheat oven to 375. Prepare muffin cups with liners or spray cups with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together except berries. Thaw and drain mixed berries. fold in berries into muffin mix . pour into muffin cups until 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Muffins are dense and will not rise very high.
