Oat-Flakes Soup
Ingredients:

75 g butter
1 onion
100 g oats
2 eggs
1 liter stock
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon chives

Instruction:

Melt the butter in a pot. Brown the onion and oat-flakes. It'll start to smell as nuts. Add eggs and salt and stir well. Then add the stock, stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Try it and add the salt or pepper as you wish. Don't forget to add the cutted chives at the end.
