Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
1/2 cups Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 teaspoons Flaxseed
1 cup Orange Juice
3/4 cups Regular, Unsweetened Almond Milk
Instruction:
