(As Easy As Carbonara?) Kamatama Chicken Ramen

1 packet Instant Ramen
1 Egg
1 Shichimi spice
1 Sesame seeds
1 Scallion


Boil the chicken ramen noodles for about a minute until the desired softness. If you pour boiled water over the noodles, rest for about 3 minutes. Beat an egg while boiling the noodles. Drain the boiled noodles in a sieve. You don't need to keep the soup although you may feel it's a waste! Mix a beaten egg with the noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds, shichimi or ichimi spice etc., if you like. I recommend shichimi spice.
