8 ounces jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1 lb hamburger, browned
4 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese
4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 ounce taco seasoning
Cook shells. Brown hamburger and season with taco seasoning. mix hamburger when cooled with 3 ounce of each cheese. stuff shells with mixture. Place in casserole dish. Top with enchilada sauce and cover with remaining cheese. Freeze of desired. Bake thawed dish at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Can add a can of retried beans to hamburger mixture of desired.
